A contract is formed only after we confirm eligibility, scope, total price, estimated timing and acceptance of your order. Government and third-party fees are separate where stated.

Cancellation & Refunds
Consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. If you expressly ask us to begin during that period, we may charge for work already performed; the right may be lost once a service is fully performed with the required acknowledgement. Government fees and third-party costs already submitted or incurred may be non-refundable. Bespoke digital work and business-to-business orders are governed by the agreed written scope and cancellation terms.
